Part-Time Homeschool Teacher (3rd Grade Math & Reading/Writing)

Seeking a caring, patient, and dependable part-time homeschool teacher to provide academic support for our third-grade child. We are looking for an educator who can work one-on-one with the student and help create a positive, focused learning environment at home.

The primary areas of instruction will be third-grade mathematics and reading/writing. Responsibilities will include reinforcing foundational skills, explaining challenging concepts, guiding reading comprehension, supporting writing development, reviewing assignments, and helping the student build confidence and independence as a learner.

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching or tutoring elementary-age students and a strong understanding of third-grade academic standards. A background in elementary education, homeschooling, tutoring, or classroom teaching is preferred. The successful candidate should be patient, encouraging, organized, and able to adapt instruction to the child's individual learning pace and needs.
