Useful tools for Preschoolers
I believe we have now gotten into the swing of things with homeschooling. My daughter is now 4 and learning so much this year. My 2 year old son is following along and learning as well. I thought I would share some tools that I have been using. Of course we have the usual paper, construction paper, kid safe scissors, finger paints, crayons, etc… that we use every day. However, I have found some other tools to bring in that are convenient, fun for the kids and just add something different every so often.
My favorite tool that I use all of the time. When you create a free account, you have access to loads of worksheets and other materials. As I find a sheet that I want to use, I save it on my computer so that I can print as many times as I want and keep everything organized.
If you are interested in incorporating sign language into your program, I highly recommend Signing Time . We actually got the videos when Samantha was around 6 months old and she loved watching them and began signing on her own at around 10 or 11 months. Now she is 4 and still watches them and signs with our son Nickolas.
