I am a lifelong educator, private teacher, mentor, and intervention specialist. Private teaching is my absolute passion and which I find to be my most enjoyable and gratifying work. Private teaching, coaching, and working with clients, one-on-one, and helping them grow, overcome their personal challenges, and achieve their professional, academic, and/or personal goals is a privilege everyone should be able to access and receive. Personalization allows for the customization required to reach the individual needs of each and every individual to meet them exactly where they are, the way teaching, coaching, and learning is meant to be. This is why I value, appreciate, and enjoy it so much. I truly respect and value the personal connection I am able to make with my individual students/clients. Their personal and individual growth, achievement, and incredible confidence never ceases to amaze me when clients begin to see and realize their true potential. I place a heavy emphasis on building student/client confidence and I enjoy seeing their self-assurance and confidence grow and develop into a determined "can do" attitude. I am especially inspired and driven by this new winning spirit emerge. It is incomparable to anything else and it is what motivates me on a daily basis.

My consulting work has me working in schools, directly with students of various grades (K-12) and of various ages, and within various subject areas on a regular basis. I have been consulting and working within various grade levels and subject areas for over 20 years. As for private teaching services, I have been providing private teaching, intervention, and coaching services to students/clients for nearly 15 years and have an exceptional success rate. I am proud to affirm that all of my private students have steadily progressed and proceeded to Pre-AP, then Advanced Placement, graduated and continued on to major Universities. My oldest private students are now currently working in their chosen professions and are happy to provide references.

You should also know I am culturally and diversely adept, aware, and keenly sensitive and inclusive. I sincerely welcome and work well with all students of all cultures and all backgrounds. I also work extremely well with struggling students and or students facing educational, emotional, and/or social challenges. I am extremely patient, understanding, caring, and know how to differentiate for the individual needs of my students and clients. Each and every student/client is unique, and so are their needs, modalities and learning styles. Thus, all of these things should be and are taken into consideration while working with them, mentoring them, and teaching them directly. It is imperative to be aware of these factors in order to make and maximize connections, helping with understanding, and assisting with the application of new environments, new concepts, and/or new information being experienced, acquired, and learned.

As a teacher, building trust, confidence, and strong self-esteem is a critical part of my teaching, coaching, and mentoring style. I feel it plays a tremendous role in student/client success. It is imperative to me that I spend time making sure my students feel emotionally safe, trusting, confident, and secure and that they are having fun while they are learning. I use a whole brain and multisensory approach and strive for my students to enjoy the learning process. This is how we and our brains learn best and I want my students and clients to enjoy our time together and to look forward to our sessions together.

You may also like to know I am a fluent certified bilingual teacher and able to teach and work with students in both English and Spanish languages.

I do hope you will consider me an excellent candidate and choice as a teaching and learning guide, a mentor, and a role model for your child. It is always such a privilege and a blessing to be chosen to be of such influence and to be selected to take part in such an important role in a child's journey and family's life. I thank you for your consideration. Love and Blessings.
