I have been involved in education for nearly 25 years. During this time I've had the experience of teaching middle school math. I've also worked as a Title 1 Literacy Specialist for students in the primary level, and worked in a library for five years. In addition, I've been an Educational Technician and have supported many students in a variety of subjects. Furthermore, I've been a tutor, a coach, and an after school program director. Therefore, I have much experience working with children; primarily K-8. I've also learned many test taking strategies and other skills to help students along the way. I'm very interested in helping students succeed in school. I currently hold a state of Maine elementary teacher certification, and a degree in recreation management.
