I have been teaching English language and literature as Lecturer/Professor since July 1968 in India and abroad at the Post Graduate, PhD/M.Phil, MBA/MCA/B.Tech. and Post Senior Secondary and secondary levels. I have also trained English Teachers in India at KV1 Pathankot (K.V. English teachers from Punjab, H.P. and J&K as Director cum Resource Person of an in-service teacher training course and at different English medium schools and colleges of Hero Group and Arya Samaj at Ludhiana) and Chinese college & university English teachers in Shanghai and other places in China.
Besides, I have been presenting Research Papers on English literature, American literature and English Language Teaching in India and abroad through my lifelong English teaching career in India and abroad at international conferences and most of my research papers have been published on merit.
Besides doing Ph.D. in English from Panjab University Chandigarh, I have also done PG Dip. in English teaching, with emphasis on Phonetics, Methods, Materials, Practical (supervised) classroom English Teaching, Grammar, Linguistics, Interpretation of Literature, Testing and Research work from C.I.E.F.L./EFLU Hyderabad. Previously, I have held the position of Dean Students Welfare and Academics and Professor of English and HOD English at IEC University Baddi District Solan H.P..At present, I am teaching English at the Baba Farid Post Graduate College Bathinda as Dean Post Graduate BFC. Bathinda - a college affiliated to Punjabi University Patiala - and my results have always been 100% and most of my students have always secured first divisions and have often topped the merit lists of MA English Punjabi university results. I am convinced, Sir, that I can quite valuably contribute my mite towards considerable further progress of your prestigious organization and your international institutions and shall be sparing no efforts to come up to your high expectations if I am just given a chance to serve your institution.
