Hello! I've been passionately teaching and tutoring online since 2013, catering to students of all age groups, including those in special education. My classes span a range of subjects, from elementary reading fluency and comprehension to the Math-U-See curriculum, covering Beta, Gamma, Delta, and AIM levels. I'm also open to accommodating other levels upon request. Additionally, I offer homesteading classes and engaging book clubs that make learning fun and interactive. My teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in the belief of "connection before correction." I prioritize building strong relationships with my students, fostering a growth mindset, and always strive to meet them where they are in their learning journey. Outside of teaching, I'm a proud wife and mother to three wonderful daughters who bring immense joy and inspiration to my life. We share a love for the outdoors, especially tending to our large vegetable garden, which not only provides fresh produce but also serves as a teaching ground for life's many lessons. On top of that, our home is a bustling haven for around 60 animals, including cats, a dog, chickens, guinea fowl, turkeys, cows, and fish. Each day is an adventure, and every moment is a learning opportunity.
