Looking for an exceptional high achiever to serve as a full-time student mentor in an innovative AI-powered learning environment. Instead of delivering traditional classroom instruction, educators focus on motivating, coaching, and developing K–12 students while AI manages academic instruction. Students complete core academics in approximately two hours each day, allowing the remainder of the school day to focus on life skills, personal growth, and passion-driven learning. The role is centered on maintaining high expectations and helping students achieve outcomes they may not have believed possible.
As a student Elite Guide, you'll spend much of your time conducting one-on-one and small-group coaching sessions, using analytics and student performance data to identify obstacles, establish ambitious goals, and hold students accountable. You'll also lead structured life-skills workshops that emphasize mastery in areas such as communication, resilience, and personal growth, while using your own accomplishments and experiences to inspire students. Daily campus kickoffs help establish a culture of excellence, and coaching strategies are continually refined using real-time student data and documented progress.
This position is ideal for accomplished professionals who have excelled in highly competitive academic, athletic, business, or leadership environments and want to make a lasting impact on students rather than pursue administrative leadership. The role remains intentionally student-facing, emphasizing long-term mentoring relationships, consistent accountability, and measurable student growth in a high-performance school culture.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree.
-Demonstrated exceptional achievement in a highly selective or globally recognized field, such as elite academics, athletics, business, performing arts, prestigious fellowships, or entrepreneurship.

-Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferences
-Experience competing in elite athletics (Division I, national team, or professional level) and mentoring younger athletes.
-Background in high-performance environments such as management consulting, investment banking, or military leadership.
-Experience mentoring youth through community organizations, after-school programs, sports camps, or similar settings.
-Ability to communicate effectively with and build trust among families seeking a rigorous private school education.
