• LRNGO may offer services such as job boards, community forums, chat rooms, project rooms, message boards, or other open discussion forums. Be aware that any information that you supply in such forums or on your profile is considered public information and is not protected.

• LRNGO allows users who are paying members to create, post and respond to offers of potential employment. Some of the information provided by a user to be part of his or her job post will be available to the public as part of the LRNGO service. You authorize LRNGO/Learn Market LLC, or its designated payment processor, to charge your specified credit card, debit card, or other payment method for such fees, if any, as provided through the registration process. • LRNGO.com membership payments and/or subscriptions are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially unused periods. LRNGO may at its sole discretion make an exception if your account meets the following criteria: Your account has not been used since the charge and you have not logged in, AND You tried multiple times and were unable to login and access your account, AND You have not violated any of our Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy, AND Your request for a refund is made within thirty (30) days of the charge. Charges older than thirty (30) days are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. This applies to any membership length. While we do not generally offer refunds as per our Terms of Use, we may elect to refund your charge at our sole discretion as a courtesy if you meet all of the above criteria. Upon refunding your charge, your membership will discontinue and you will no longer have access to LRNGO. Please note that the refund may take up to one week to show on bank or credit card statements.

• You are not allowed to have more than one member or user profile (unless it is a recruiter/advertiser VIP profile), regardless of whether it is registered under a different name or email address. Only one member or user profile per person.

• Only individuals and families who wish to hire a teacher may create a profile on LRNGO as a user or paid member. Schools, Districs, Recruiters, Organizations, Companies, Advertisers and members who want to Feature A Job must all use Advertise page to sign up for a Recruiter/Advertiser account.

• You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your profile. If you feel that the security of your profile has been compromised, you will notify us immediately. You will not transfer use of or access to your profile or account to anyone without first getting our written permission.

• You agree never to use LRNGO to stalk or harass anyone, and agree not to contact or message anyone repeatedly who does not respond or who has stated that they do not wish to communicate further through or outside of the Website. If you have a Member account or a Recruiter/Advertiser account, you agree not to message any user or member more than once unless or until the user or member responds to your initial message. Sending multiple messages to any user or member who has not responded to you is a violation of these Terms, and your account may be suspended or discontinued without a refund.

• You will not use LRNGO.com if you are a registered or convicted sex offender. Unauthorized use of this Website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

• You are not allowed to post inappropriate content or message other members with inappropriate content or to redirect to inappropriate content that does not meet our guidelines. Inappropriate content includes profanity, racial slurs, false information, false claims, and any content that is blatantly offensive or of a harassing nature to others.

• You are not allowed to create a free user profile or member profile and list as an individual unless you can be contacted as an individual. If you are a company or school listing as an individual with an email or phone number that goes through a company or does not go directly to the individual listed, your profile will be removed and you may be permanently banned from LRNGO. You also agree not to message or solicit multiple individual users from your individual profile with the purpose of trying to hire them acting as a company, recruiter, agency or school or a representative of a company, recruiter, agency or school without a Recruiter/Advertiser profile account or express written, emailed or otherwise documented consent, payment to, and/or license from LRNGO.com.

• If you reside outside of the US, for the purposes of international use and due to the global nature of the internet, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically, you agree to comply with any and all applicable laws regarding the transmission of data exported from the United States to your country, or from the country in which you reside to the United States. If any applicable local or international laws prohibit your use of this Website, you agree not to use this Website or our services. LRNGO is administered in the United States, and any access and usage of LRNGO from outside of the United States is at the user's own risk. • If you have a Recruiter/Advertiser account, you may not copy, transfer or use any names, photos, links, text, personal information, resume data, other data or content belonging to or posted by LRNGO.com or any of its users or members for the purpose of selling, engaging in, marketing or promoting any other product or service other than that for which you have specifically paid. Furthermore, you agree never to share or resell any information under any circumstances, especially resumes or personal information, that you have accessed as a result of your Recruiter/Advertiser account.

• You may not authorize, enable or otherwise grant to any other person, organization, company or business access to your LRNGO.com user profile or other content uploaded on the Website or content you have downloaded from the website for the purpose of extracting such information or other content.

• You will not access, monitor or copy any content or information of this Website using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without express written permission of LEARN MARKET LLC, or violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this Website or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this Website.
