Looking for an exceptional educator to mentor gifted K–12 students in a high-performance learning environment where learners progress through academic content 5–10 times faster than in traditional schools. Rather than teaching conventional academic lessons, you'll focus on developing essential life skills such as public speaking, focus, and feedback while using personalized coaching and data-driven motivation to help students achieve ambitious learning goals. This role is designed for educators with outstanding academic credentials who thrive on challenging the most high-achieving students to reach their full potential.

You will lead engaging one-hour workshops for cohorts of 15–20 gifted students, conduct individualized motivation sessions using analytics, and administer mastery-based assessments to ensure students retain and apply key skills. You'll adapt your coaching in real time through storytelling, personal expertise, and AI-supported instruction while tracking student progress against ambitious benchmarks, including 100% goal completion and 95% student satisfaction.

This position is ideal for academically accomplished professionals who want to work outside the traditional classroom and inspire exceptional learners through personalized mentorship rather than lectures, grading, or classroom management. High-performing coaches have opportunities to advance into leadership roles, mentoring fellow educators while continuing to support their own student cohort.
