Virtual Private School, Fully Remote, $60,000 USD/year ($30 USD/hour), Full-Time (40 hours/week), 8am-5pm M-F US Mountain Time
This role focuses on inspiring and mentoring students in an innovative virtual learning environment where AI handles core academic instruction, allowing educators to concentrate on developing students' confidence, creativity, and essential life skills. Rather than teaching traditional subjects, educators lead engaging, hands-on workshops that encourage collaboration, communication, entrepreneurship, and creative expression through project-based learning experiences.
As a mentor and facilitator, you'll create a supportive virtual space where students feel empowered to take risks, pursue ambitious goals, and discover their potential. The role emphasizes personalized coaching by using student learning data to tailor encouragement and guidance while collaborating with educators across diverse locations to deliver an engaging and flexible educational experience. Traditional classroom responsibilities such as grading, lecturing, classroom management, and following rigid lesson plans are replaced with interactive, student-centered learning.
The ideal candidate is a certified U.S. teacher with strong virtual facilitation skills who is comfortable leading engaging online sessions and is available to begin by the end of July. Successful applicants are passionate about mentoring students, facilitating experiential learning, and helping learners build real-world skills in a flexible, technology-enabled environment. Additional strengths include Spanish fluency, experience leading bilingual or enrichment programs, and a background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative school settings.
