Virtual Private School, Fully Remote, $60,000 USD/year ($30 USD/hour), Full-Time (40 hours/week), 8am-5pm M-F Mountain Time, Long-Term Role

We are seeking an educator to inspire and mentor students in a unique virtual learning environment where AI-powered instruction handles core academics, allowing teachers to focus on developing creativity, confidence, curiosity, and essential life skills. Instead of delivering traditional lessons, you'll lead engaging, hands-on workshops that help students build teamwork, communication, entrepreneurship, and creative thinking through immersive, project-based experiences.

In this role, you'll serve as a coach and mentor who motivates students to achieve their goals while creating an energetic, supportive virtual environment where they feel empowered to learn, experiment, and grow. You'll personalize student support using learning data and collaborate with educators across diverse backgrounds and time zones to deliver a flexible, engaging educational experience. The position eliminates many traditional teaching responsibilities, including grading, classroom management, lecture-based instruction, and teaching core academic subjects, allowing you to focus on student engagement and real-world skill development.

Qualified candidates must hold a valid U.S. teaching certificate, have a strong virtual presence with confidence leading online sessions, and be available to begin by the end of July. Highly preferred qualifications include Spanish fluency, experience facilitating bilingual workshops or enrichment programs, and a background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative school environments. Successful educators will be passionate about inspiring students, fostering confidence, and helping learners become capable, creative problem-solvers.
