$200,000 per year
Private School, $200,000/year ($100/hour) paid weekly, Full-time (40 hrs/week), In-Person, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm M-F, Day-One Health, Dental & Vision, Relocation Support Provided, Long-Term Role
This role is responsible for ensuring that all Kâ8 students succeed in an innovative, technology-driven school environment by delivering three core outcomes: students love school, students learn at twice the pace of traditional classrooms, and students develop essential real-world life skills. Instead of teaching through lectures or creating lesson plans, the successful candidate will facilitate engaging life skills and social-emotional learning (SEL) workshops, lead daily student motivation sessions, and use real-time performance data to identify students who need additional support and intervention.
This position combines direct student mentorship with leadership responsibilities by coaching and developing the campus teacher Guides who work with students each day. Through classroom observations, immediate feedback, and hands-on coaching, the successful candidate ensures that all Guides consistently deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences. The role is highly interactive and data-driven, with most of the day spent working face-to-face with students and staff rather than completing administrative tasks. Depending on the campus's stage of growth, the role may also include helping launch a new school and establishing its culture before transitioning into a regional leadership and coaching role.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in education, coaching, leadership, or learning and development, with a proven ability to motivate both children and adults to achieve measurable results. Success in this role requires maintaining high standards, using data to drive continuous improvement, and creating an energetic, engaging environment where students build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve accelerated academic progress.
