Full-Time Online Elementary Teacher

Our education company is seeking a dedicated, student-centered Online Teacher/Student Success Educator to provide personalized, high-touch support to learners in a fully remote environment. This is a relationship-driven position focused on helping students feel seen, supported, and confident while progressing through a structured curriculum. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly responsive, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service to students, families, and colleagues. The role requires someone who takes ownership of student outcomes, embraces accountability and measurable goals, and is passionate about using online education to expand access and help students achieve their academic and career goals.

The position involves frequent daily interaction with students and families through phone, text, chat, Zoom, and email. Key responsibilities include monitoring engagement and academic progress, identifying students who are struggling or becoming disengaged, and providing timely, individualized interventions to restore momentum. The teacher will guide students through assigned curriculum, reinforce concepts using varied explanations, provide prompt grading and meaningful feedback, and celebrate progress to build confidence and mastery. Additional duties include maintaining accurate student records, collaborating with colleagues and leadership, participating in professional development and meetings, leading live sessions when needed, and supporting secure testing and proctoring, including occasional travel. Teachers are expected to follow the provided curriculum, pacing, and resources rather than creating new materials or relying on outside content.

This is a full-time, year-round exempt position with a fixed schedule of 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, with at least 40 hours of dedicated work each week. Employees must remain immediately available and responsive throughout scheduled hours and may not perform concurrent work during that time. Candidates must maintain a private, professional, distraction-free home workspace with reliable high-speed internet and the technology needed for remote instruction. The role is best suited for educators who enjoy frequent student and parent interaction, proactive outreach, structured expectations, performance metrics, and consistent follow-through. Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, time management, technological proficiency, and the ability to work independently while collaborating remotely are essential.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field, possess teacher certification and have completed an approved teacher preparation program, and be able to obtain required certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other assigned states. At least three years of teaching experience and two years of online teaching experience are preferred, and candidates must pass required background checks and be willing to travel for assigned proctoring duties. The position offers a $50,000–$55,000 annual base salary, plus medical, dental, and vision coverage for as little as $1 per month, paid time off and major holidays, employer-paid short- and long-term disability, life and AD&D insurance, and a 401(k) with a dollar-for-dollar employer match on employee contributions up to 6% of earnings.
