Private Homeschool Teacher for 11th Grader

We are seeking an experienced private homeschool teacher to provide comprehensive academic instruction for our 11th-grade student. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the student’s homeschool education, teaching all core subjects while creating a structured and engaging learning experience designed to prepare the student for successful completion of high school.

A major responsibility of this role will be developing and managing the homeschool curriculum. The teacher should be able to assess the student’s academic needs, establish appropriate learning goals, select or develop curriculum materials, create lesson plans, and organize coursework throughout the school year. Experience with high school-level academics is highly valued.

The teacher will be responsible for monitoring academic progress and adjusting instruction as needed, including evaluating assignments and assessments, identifying areas for improvement, maintaining academic records, and providing regular updates to the parent. The private high school teacher will combine strong subject knowledge with excellent organization and the ability to work independently.
