Full-Time Homeschool Teacher for 5th & 7th Grade Students

Our family is seeking three teachers to support three students—two seventh graders and one fifth grader—throughout the entire school year. The students currently attend a virtual Christian private academy online, and we are looking for educators who can provide consistent academic guidance while helping them successfully complete their online coursework.

The homeschool teacher will work Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, with occasional Fridays as needed. This is a hands-on role requiring active supervision and engagement throughout the school day. Teachers will be responsible for keeping students focused, ensuring they remain on schedule and on pace with assignments, and providing ongoing follow-up and accountability.

Each homeschool teacher will have full access to the online curriculum supervisor portal, allowing them to monitor grades, track assignments and due dates, and identify areas where students may need additional support. Strong communication with the students and parents is essential, including promptly addressing questions, concerns, academic challenges, or missed work.

Because our family travels frequently between Utah, North Carolina, and Florida, the position requires flexibility with both in-person and virtual instruction. Some periods will be conducted face-to-face, while others will take place over Zoom when we are traveling. We are seeking dependable, organized, proactive teachers who can provide consistent support and accountability.
