Online Curriculum Support Teacher

We are in search of a patient, engaging, and dependable elementary teacher to help guide students through their online educational curriculum. We are looking for an experienced teacher who enjoys providing individualized guidance and helping students stay motivated and successful in a flexible learning environment.

The teacher will work directly with the students as they progress through their online coursework, providing clarification and assistance when they have questions or encounter challenging concepts. Rather than simply completing assignments for the students, the teacher will encourage independent learning, reinforce their understanding, and help them develop strong study habits and confidence.

In addition to supporting the online curriculum, the teacher will also incorporate educational enrichment activities between sessions to supplement and make the learning more engaging and well-rounded. Enrichment may include supplemental lessons, educational projects, discussions, hands-on activities, or other age-appropriate experiences that complement the students’ regular coursework and interests when appropriate.

The teacher must be a fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills, and a naturally patient approach. Experience with online education, virtual learning platforms, tutoring, homeschooling and/or one-on-one instruction is preferred. The right teacher should be organized, adaptable, supportive, and comfortable working at each student's individual pace while creating a positive and productive learning experience.
