Private Teacher for Math & Reading

We are looking for an experienced and engaging private teacher to provide individualized academic instruction for two elementary students in 3rd and 4th grade. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working one-on-one with students and creating a supportive learning environment that builds confidence, strengthens foundational skills, and encourages academic growth.

The primary focus will be 3rd and 4th grade mathematics, along with 4th grade reading. The teacher will provide clear instruction, reinforce key concepts, monitor student progress, and adapt lessons to meet each student’s individual learning needs. Instruction will follow the RCS curriculum.

The teacher should be patient, organized, dependable, and able to make academic material engaging and accessible. This is an excellent opportunity for an elementary teacher, homeschool teacher, or private educator who has experience tutoring elementary children, and who enjoys providing personalized instruction and helping students succeed in a focused learning environment.
