Private 6th Grade Homeschool Teacher (Abeka Curriculum)

I’m looking for a private homeschool teacher to provide one-on-one instruction for our son who is currently in 6th grade. The ideal educator will help him stay on track academically while providing personalized attention and support with his homeschool studies.

The teacher will be responsible for teaching all four core subjects included in his Abeka curriculum. All required curriculum materials and instructional resources are readily available, so the primary need is for an experienced teacher who can work with our son to explain concepts clearly, answer questions, and provide additional guidance when he needs help.

This position is ideal for an elementary or middle school teacher, homeschool teacher, private educator, or experienced tutor who is comfortable working with the Abeka curriculum. The ability to adapt instruction to the student's learning style, maintain engagement, and provide patient one-on-one academic support is key.

The goal is to provide consistent educational assistance while helping our son build confidence, strengthen his understanding of the material, and make steady progress through his 6th grade coursework. If you enjoy individualized teaching and have experience supporting homeschool students across multiple subjects, we would love to hear from you.
