Description: Birkman Method Certification Training covers the background, scales, and reporting from The Birkman Method® assessment. Training gives a consultant the knowledge to accurately analyze and interpret results and reports. Completion of the training provides accreditation for access to the advanced reporting, which includes individual, 1:1 comparative, and group reports. For continued access to the advanced reporting, Birkman Certified Consultants are required to complete a minimum of 20 hours of Birkman professional development training every three years to maintain their Birkman Method Certification credentials.
