Description: A bi-weekly lead meditation class by Jessica Crystal Joy. Come refresh and invigorate yourself before the weekend. Topics include yogic meditation, essential oils, affirmations, guided meditations, angelic meditations, body language and conscious language meditations, color therapy meditation and more! All ages who are able to be mindful and quiet when need be as well as all genders are welcome! Cost is $20 per class.
