Description: This four part lesson grew out of a need at the Toronto Windsurfing Club, to develop a more structured lesson format, that would ensure that students all were taught the same course materials by the different instructors at the club. A version of a four part lesson was piloted at the Toronto Wiindsurfing Club in the fall of 2005, by Bill Quantock and the other instructors at the club.
