Description: This class is for entrepreneurs who are complete beginners, and those new to HTML/CSS and coding in general. Learn to create and code websites from scratch using your own computer, in just one hour a week.* This is a hands-on website coding class with an instructor who will provide step-by-step training. No more than five people per class, so everyone gets personalized attention with hands-on, instructor-led training.You will be creating a real website in the classroom, and we’ll dive right in to teach you exactly what you need to know to make a webpage. Don't worry about over-complicated explanations and memorizing irrelevant technical terms--not in this class! At the end of the class, you will have built a complete and functioning website using modern lean techniques.Instructor Mandy Brake has 10 years engineering and coding experience, and has taught programming to many beginners who had no prior experience. She has built or modified over 100 websites, and is currently VP of Technology for LRNGO.com.*Four classes of 1 hour each. Expected time outside of class: 1-2 hours/week. Must bring your own working laptop.
