My name is Nikos (Νίκος)! I was born in Athens, the capital of Greece. I have been living in Greece since I was born and Greek is my native language.
I have completed my studies in Greek Language and Literature and I have graduated from the Greek Philology department of the Philosophical Faculty of the University of Ioannina (Ioannina is a city located approximately 400 km northwest of Athens). For the last ten years I have been working as a Professor of the Greek Language.
I teach not only the New Greek but also the Ancient Greek Language to students of all ages. I have students of different levels, each one of them having different goals. Therefore, I am extremely concerned to adjust the program of courses to the needs and goals of students.
During the courses, along with the learning of Greek as a foreign language, I choose to bring my students in touch with the famous Greek culture. Thereby I make the course even more attractive and interesting since the language is an integral part of the culture of each nation.
In any case, learning the Greek language is a challenge, and its gradual conquest justifies the effort of each student.
