I have been working in a Business Process Outsourcing industry for almost 6 years and have been a customer service representative for both sales and technical support. For almost 2 years I am supporting a sales account located in Canada (SEARS) and 4 years as a technical support for QUEST and Comcast. I am well versed on how to handle calls with less supervision needed. In lieu to my top performance I got promoted as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where I listen and monitor agent’s call, making sure that it meets client standards.
