I have 7 years of experience teaching languages, and offer customized instruction in English, Spanish, and Modern Standard (Fusha) Arabic. I have worked in university settings and intensive "lived" language immersion camps. I offer in-home lessons to families and their children, and lunch-hour lessons to busy corporate clients seeking to advance their careers. My classes are engaging, dynamic, and tailored meet the students's goals. Whether you need to pass an exam, overcome communication barriers, stretch your mind, or expand cultural horizons, I'll help you get there!

Credentials: I hold a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature and minored in Middle Eastern and North African Studies from Oberlin College. I served as Teaching Assistant for the Arabic Department at Oberlin for 3 years and have worked for the Middlebury Monterey Language Academy. In 2012, I participated in an intensive ESL Teacher Training Course and have specialized in ESL teaching ever since. I have extensive experience studying languages in the US and abroad, including Spanish, Arabic, Tamil, and Urdu. Language study opens up new worlds of knowledge, art, music, friendships, and many other valuable experiences. I hope to share these opportunities with you by developing your skills!
