I knew I was meant to be an educator from the time I was in preschool. I love helping others understand a new concept and enjoy learning. I taught public elementary school for six years- three years in kindergarten and two years in second grade, and one year just teaching reading to Kindergarten-2nd grade. In the spring of 2017 I had my son and I was so lucky to be able to stay at home with him. He and I worked on age appropriate lessons and activities every day as I continued to use my teaching skills at home. I learned many skills during these years that I believe has made me more patient, organized and an improved critical thinker. Fostering a love of ready early on is something I am passionate about!
