RebeccaNakamura teaches piano and music theory lessons in San Diego, CA. She charges a low monthly rate for weekly half-hour lessons for beginners and intermediate-advanced students. Hour-long lessons may also be arranged. ♫ ♪♫

General Information
Rebecca is a member of the Music Teacher's Association of California (MTAC), San Diego branch. Ask how students can join the Certificate of Merit program sponsored by MTAC!
The goals of the program are: To provide a systematic and comprehensive plan developing:

Music theory
*Performance skills
*Technique
*Ear training
*Sight-reading
*Developing practical goals to help students maintain a steady and
focused approach to their musical studies.
*Encouraging students to strive for musical excellence.
*Creating opportunities where students can share their music with
others.

History
Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Music degree in Professional Studies: Piano from SDSU. She opened her studio nearly 8 years ago and she currently has 67 students ranging from age 4 to adult!
