I would like to connect with a native Spanish speaker who likes to talk about global issues, current events, science, art, sustainability, literature, gardening, etc. I have an MFA in English Literature and some experience teaching. I traveled in South America when I was young and have a beginning grasp of Spanish, but would like to become fluent, for both travel and employment purposes. I am working from home, writing a novel, and have a family who needs my attention in the evenings and on weekends, so best times for me are during business hours PST.
