Dear Prospective Students and Parents,

Passion for language and a creative approach to both learning and teaching English are hallmarks of my education and work experience. I graduated from the University of Colorado with a double major in Linguistics and English Literature. This dual study course, combined with more than nine years' experience teaching, has provided a strong background, and aided in the development of my comprehensive, diverse, and adaptive instruction style.

I have taught English as a foreign language overseas, and as a result have worked with students from several different cultures, including Korean, Chinese, Hispanic and Oriental minority groups. I am a creative instructor with experience in lesson and test preparation, as well as tutoring in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Previous employers have commented on the passion I have for my work and the positive results which they have seen in students under my tutelage.
