I have over 35 year experiance in business ownership and management with experiance in management team development, leadership, management advising, and development of strategic initiatives.
I have been involved in dozens of business situations and industries of various types.
Have served as an expert witness experiance in Retail, Wholesale, Petroleum Distributors, Dealers, and Convenience store companies.
Have also owned a number of businesses including: Children Daycare ages 5 Months to 4 years,
Retail Book Stores, Contractor with the USDA Forest Service and other service industry businesses.
My highest degree is a Masters in Business Administration.
I hold a private Pilot License with a Mountain search pilot endorsement

Have experiance in Native American relations, and other revenue enhancements and initiatives.
Since January 2008 I has been president and owner of Nooney and Associates with the main emphasis on creation of income streams for various business sizes and types.
From January 2007 to January 2011 I served as a Montana State Representative. Served two terms in the Montana State House of Representatives.
