Degrees: I’ve got Ph. D. degree in Psychology, on May 2009 from University of Yangon. My Dissertation is : A Comparative Study on the Relationship between Personal Value Systems and Decision-Making Styles of Managers in State and Private Organizations. I’ve got M. A. Psychology on May 2000 and B.A. (Hons:).degree in Psychology, on May 1992 from University of Mandalay.
