My name is Jennifer but I prefer Jenny. I have been tutoring since January 2017. I have an Associates in general studies from Valencia College. I am working on my Bachelors in Psychology, I graduate May 2019. I want to teach ASD while I work on my Master’s in order to pursue a career as a Guidance Counselor. I am a cancer survivor having been diagnosed with Lymphoma at 25. I had a stem cell transplant at 27. I am very driven and I aim to help children succeed in their education. I know everyone’s learns differently so I try to teach every concept various ways. I tutor for that “ah ha” moment when the child suddenly “gets” what they have been struggling with.
