I have been working at Kumon Learning Centre teaching mathematics since grade 9. As a former student at the centre who completed their mathematics program, I have been responsible for tutoring students from preschool to university in various areas of math from simple arithmetic to university calculus. I have continued to work at the same centre since 2006 and have also shared my knowledge at various other tutoring centres for over 10 years. I have also provided private tutoring to a number of students.

I graduated from the University of Toronto in the summer of 2014 with a double major in computer science and psychology. It may seem like an odd combination at first, but psychology has shaped a lot of my personality. It has helped me understand myself and other people. It has also helped improve my tutoring and teaching skills so that I may modify my methods of teaching to optimize the student's learning experience.

Currently, I work as an eLearning Developer where I help develop custom self-paced training courses for our HR software.
