I am a native English speaker, I'm 35 years old. I am originally from Bath in the UK but I'm currently working as an English teacher in Japan. I completed my CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) two years ago and I've been teaching since then. Obviously learning grammar and vocabulary are important but I believe learners should have the opportunity to practice what they've learnt, which means plenty of speaking.
