I hold a Master of Education in Instructional Design & Technology and a K–6 all-subject
Arkansas Teaching License. Currently, I have served as a Kindergarten, First Grade, and 4th Grade Special Education Resource Teacher with Alma School District. I lead inclusive
instruction, support IEP implementation, and design engaging, differentiated lessons. I have
also had the opportunity to serve on the Primary and Intermediate School Leadership Team, contributing to school-wide instructional and cultural initiatives. More recently, I have gained “Teacher of the Year” in my school.
Previously, I spent over a decade with Western Arkansas Child Development as a Lead
Teacher and Building Lead. In this role, I mentored staff, facilitated professional development, and created play-based curriculum with a strong emphasis on social-emotional learning.
These experiences have shaped my belief in educating the whole child and partnering with
families to ensure long-term success.
