My name is Travis Bauermeister, and I am finishing my 14th year as a public school educator. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching students from 4K through 2nd grade in both traditional and Montessori Children’s House and Lower Elementary classrooms, along with experience in special education. These diverse experiences have shaped my ability to meet each child where they are and help them grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
I believe that every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and capable of success. My classroom is built on strong relationships, high expectations, and a commitment to developing the whole child. I strive to create an environment where curiosity is encouraged, confidence is built, and a lifelong love of learning begins.
Beyond the classroom, I value connection, balance, and community. I enjoy traveling, coin collecting, and playing golf, and I take great pride in supporting my sons as they pursue their passions in sports. I also enjoy following football and baseball, which reflects my love of teamwork, perseverance, and continuous growth—values I bring into my teaching every day.
