Hi! My name is Kailey Reid. I currently hold a Texas Teaching Certificate and Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. As an educator of seven years, I have the experience and knowledge of Early Childhood Education. I have the passion teaching children all subjects but specialize in the Science of Reading. In my free time I enjoy reading, journaling, yoga, games, and more. I'm also looking to continue my career in Education. I'm currently teaching in Austin, Tx but will be relocating to Houston, Tx within the next year or so.

My teaching career began in 2019, right before the COVID-19 pandemic. I quickly adapted to teaching first and second grades virtually. I was successful in building rapport with my students as well as creating life-long learners. I'm looking to continue teaching online or being a private tutor.
