My name is Kelly Riggan, and I have been an educator for 11 years. I am certified in Early Childhood Education, with a specialist certification in Special Education. For nine years, I served in special education within resource and inclusion settings, and for the past two years, I have been a general education fourth-grade teacher. I also hold a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and an ESOL endorsement.

In addition to my classroom experience, I homeschooled two children, ages 11 and 13, for a year and a half and have experience teaching in a virtual setting. These opportunities have strengthened my ability to differentiate instruction, build strong relationships, and adapt to meet students’ diverse needs across learning environments.

I am passionate about teaching the whole child and believe in meeting students where they are, recognizing that every child is capable of learning and growth at their own pace. As a believer, I trust that God has called me to this work and placed a deep passion in my heart to support, encourage, and help children reach their full potential.
