Over two decades as a middle school teacher, I've met students where they are and helped them to grow as learners and as people. Success was measured by joyful student growth, positive vibes in our classroom, and hearing from students, "This year is the first time I've enjoyed Humanities class." I'm excited about bringing this individualized approach to learning to a homeschool environment. Central to my approach is balancing the learners' curiosities and strengths with supporting them as they develop foundational skills in a manner based in fun, active learning, and purpose.
