Hello, I have been involved with education for 10 years! I was a para for 4 years while getting my education degree. I have been teaching 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade for several years! While I was a para I also worked with 2nd grade students! The school I currently work for uses me as a reading specialist as well during intervention times. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and engaging space for students to learn, whether that be in person or online. I encouraged growth mindsets and provide hands-on meaningful learning experiences that meet individual needs. My goal is to foster confidence, independence, and a love of learning that extends beyond the class setting. I also have a strong faith and would love to be able to teach christian based curriculums as well.
