With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, I bring a deep understanding of how young minds grow. My journey has taken me from 15 years in the heart of the Pre-K classroom to my current role supporting K-1 students in ELA and Math as an ESE specialist and case manager.
Beyond the classroom, I’ve served as a Master Teacher and Curriculum Coach for six years. I specialize in helping fellow educators and administrators build high-quality programs from the ground up through data-driven assessment, constructive feedback, and intentional instruction.
When I’m not writing IEPs or coaching, you’ll find me enjoying the Florida sunshine. My life is guided by my Christian faith, and I’m a proud mom to two teenagers and one very spirited chihuahua. Whether I'm working with a student or a colleague, my goal is always the same: to foster an environment where every child is seen, supported, and set up for success.
