I’m an elementary educator with 23 years of experience and a deep passion for helping students and teachers grow. My background spans the K-6 spectrum, though I spent the majority of my career in 1st grade, where I loved building foundational skills. Beyond the classroom, I’ve specialized in small-group reading intervention for all elementary grades, ensuring every student has the tools to succeed.

I hold a Master’s in Education and a Master’s in Educational Leadership, which have fueled my interest in instructional coaching and professional development. My approach is grounded in building trust, staying mindful during transitions, and using evidence-based practices to transform the learning experience.
