Hello, my name is Tiffany Hearron, and I am an early childhood education professional with over 20 years of experience as an Owner, Director, and Kindergarten Teacher. I have a proven ability to lead and manage childcare operations, develop engaging and age-appropriate curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children of all abilities. I bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a passion for hands-on learning and helping each child reach their full potential while building meaningful relationships with families and staff.
I began my journey in early childhood education as a substitute teacher at Kindlelight Christian School when my son was two years old and quickly discovered a passion for the field. I remained with the school, while continuing my education and receiving my bachelors of science for EC through sixth grade. Shortly after graduating, the opportunity arose to purchase the school and I embraced it wholeheartedly. Owning and operating the school has been a true blessing, allowing me to grow both personally and professionally while making a lasting impact on children and families.
Recently, I made the decision to sell the school so my daughter can pursue her passion for dance. We are relocating to Dallas to support her training and growth in a program she loves. With this transition, I am excited to continue my career in early childhood education and bring my experience and dedication to a new opportunity.
I would welcome the chance to meet and speak with you further. If you are interested in continuing the conversation, please feel free to contact me at 903-563-5132. I look forward to hearing from you.
