I used to play soccer, run long distance, train Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I stopped doing those but can still teach. I also play chess. I'm focused on lifting and strength training now. Mostly barbell training like powerlifting and weightlifting ( snatch and clean+jerk) I can be your strength coach.
