Hello! I wanted to reach out to let you know that I am very interested in the possibility of working with you. I took a year off teaching to help my aging parents, who were in desperate need of care the last 6 months of 2025 due to health issues. During that time, I searched for a home-based job where I could be more available for them and also still provide for myself. I was hired in December as a data processor with Essilor Luxottica, with whom I am still employed and working from home. My parents now have a steady caregiver and I am
enthusiastically seeking a teaching position once again. With 23 years of experience guiding Pre-K through 6th grade learners, I bring a deep love of learning and teaching children to every position in which I have the opportunity to be a part. A lifelong Fort Smith resident and mom of
three grown children, I am passionate about nurturing curiosity in and outside of the classroom. My teaching blends a love for nature and the outdoors with a celebration of cultures from around the world, helping all students grow into thoughtful, well-rounded explorers.
