I am excited to express my interest in obtaining a teaching position in-person or remotely. I was privileged to stay home and raise my four children over the past 13 years. While this season kept me out of the classroom professionally, it allowed me to remain deeply connected to education and strengthened my appreciation for the critical role teachers play in students’ academic and personal growth. While raising my children, I did teach at a homeschool study center for one year and online for several years through VIPKid. This past year I have re-entered the classroom as a substitute teacher for grades K-4. Throughout my children’s elementary years, I have remained highly involved in their education and continue to believe in engaging, hands-on learning that benefits students’ academic, social, emotional, and physical growth.
