Greetings Parents and Students! My name is Miss Brown, and I am an educator with 15 years of teaching experience. I hold a Master of Education in Literacy (Reading Specialist) and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. I am certified in the state of Texas to teach pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.

During my professional career, I’ve worked with students of various backgrounds, ethnicities, and academic abilities, including children with Autism and Dyslexia, as well as those identified as Gifted and Talented. I have experience teaching all core subjects (ELA, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Health), with a specialty in phonics, reading fluency, and reading comprehension.

I am available to use your existing homeschool curriculum, your child’s current district curriculum, and/or tailor a custom curriculum to meet your child’s needs. I make teaching and learning fun, and I look forward to working with you and your child to achieve academic greatness.
