I am a business professional, successful in several industries as an operations and training manager, accountable for up to 300 employees, P&L performance for multiple units, developing and delivering training programs on a diverse array of topics; now, self-employed running my own management consulting business, providing general guidance and support to small business owners. I am also working on several writing projects, fiction, non-fiction, and biographical. I have advanced training in creative writing, storytelling, and editing, have two novels in print, available via online retailers, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, in paperback and ebook editions. Those two, the Madison Family Adventure Series, vol. 1 & 2 are optioned to a west coast screenwriter for development for TV or movie. I am also working as a tutor to help high school students improve chances for college admissions and scholarships (ACT and SAT prep courses).
