I believe that TALENT can be Developed, and have been working on that goal for 24+ years with budding professionals, engineering and science graduates (also final and pre-final year students), and of course specially with students who are in their xi or xii standards. I also believe learning is a holistic approach, so whenever I impart training, be it on programming skill development or on science topics (mathematics/physics/chemistry), my endeavor always remains to enhance their cognitive level - sharpen their quantitative aptitude / verbal and non-verbal skills.
As for my background, I graduated in Chemical engineering; worked for a few years, then earned a professional diploma on software technology and system management, worked as a freelance customized application developer, corporate trainer, TALENT DEVELOPER. Besides, deep inside, I am always a learner. In this pursuit, I love to keep myself updated about new technologies (data science, machine learning, ...) as well as traditional subjects (astronomy, business management etc.).
