Hello! My name is Jennifer King, and I am an educator. I have over 15 years of experience as a state-certified K–12 educator, including extensive work with elementary students in both in-person and virtual settings. I am uniquely qualified to provide the flexible, holistic and academically rigorous learning environment required.
Throughout my career, I have taught all core subjects at the elementary level and have developed a strong foundation in differentiating instruction to meet a wide range of learning styles and developmental needs. I have worked with gifted learners, students requiring intervention, and neurodivergent students, designing instruction that is both rigorous and responsive. My background in arts integration and creative learning allows me to bring a holistic approach to instruction. I am quite comfortable using digital platforms to create interactive and effective learning.
I value strong and transparent partnerships with families so that we can all celebrate students, communicate progress, and develop learning pathways. Fun fact: I love poetry and will definitely slip some Shakespeare into any curriculum.
Thank you for your time and consideration!
